Delete my data

If you applied for a gold loan through Tomasri Fintech, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. We will confirm your email, check the request, and delete your data within 15 days.

• We may call you on your mobile number to make sure the request is really from you.
• We keep the loan reference, amount and dates without your name or contact details, because our accounts and commission records need them.
• The lender you applied with keeps its own copy of your application. Please ask them directly to delete it.
